About Maatram
We are a nonprofit team working in India
We help underprivileged sections of society to uplift
Maatram takes immense pride and pleasure in capturing our exceptional moments for this annual report. Outright, we want to thank our well-wishers, donors & friends who made this possible. Special shout out to our volunteers & friends from other trusts who join hands with Maatram when additional support is required.
OUR APPROACH
As you all know, Maatram significantly pushes its funds towards educational activities and this year was also no exception. We funded students not just in Chennai but across Tamil Nadu. We contributed toward school fees, uniforms, notebooks, and other educational accessories. And as usual, we funded from school students to college students this year.
Maatram extensively provided food donations for needy people throughout the year. We also financially supported schools, orphanages & families who were in dire need.
This year Maatram has pushed its boundaries and ventured into new modes of supporting the society we live in:
- Free Clinic for Underprivileged Working Class
- Free Tuition for Economically Backward Students
- Free Martial Arts Classes for Women
Our new initiatives have been extremely well received by both our Maatram team (donors, friends) & the society we serve. We see lots of participation from our donors and enthusiastic support from local people. We are extremely happy NOT to serve anyone affected by natural calamity this year, as natural calamity is something it's best if it doesn't happen.

Lorem ipsum is for people who are too lazy to write copy. But we are not. Here are some more example of beautiful designs I built.
